Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of being placed. During busy periods or public holidays, processing may take a little longer.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer the following flat-rate shipping options within Australia, calculated by parcel weight:
- Standard Small (0–0.5 kg) — $12.00 AUD
- Standard (0.51–1 kg) — $15.00 AUD
- Heavy Parcel (1.1–3 kg) — $20.00 AUD
- Larger or heavier orders are shipped via Australia Post at carrier-calculated rates.
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Remote and regional areas may take a little longer.
Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD. This is applied automatically at checkout.
International Shipping We ship to 27 countries worldwide at a flat rate of $20.00 AUD. Estimated delivery is 14–28 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processes. Please note that any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.
